Information for Organizations!
One of the primary issues we have noticed in researching this project is that youth are performing similar tasks year after year in order to fulfil their community obligations, primarily as a result of lack of information regarding other positions. CYA! Volunteering is remedying this.
We are trying to ensure that the process of getting volunteer opportunities from the hosts to youth is as seamless and simple as possible.
We screen each position to ensure that it is legitimate. If we find a particular organization or individual is repeatedly attemping to post illegitimate positions, they may be banned from posting on CYA! Volunteering.
We would greatly appreciate if you help us spread the word about this project. Post a link to our site or mention us somewhere to help youth find the volunteer positions they are looking for.
